Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering top-quality service.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, etc.) in residential settings
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, ensuring systems operate efficiently
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all service visits, repairs, and parts used
• Communicate with homeowners about their HVAC systems, offering guidance and answering questions
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and keep company vehicles/tools in good condition

Experience

• Completion of a registered HVAC apprenticeship program in Ontario
• Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a 313D (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic ? Residential) or 313A (if applicable)
• Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) certification
• Valid G2 Gas Technician license from the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA)
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and HVAC-related safety standards
• Valid Ontario driver?s license
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
