Technical Project Manager – Oracle Cloud PLM Location: Remote, Canada Duration: 6+ Months Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM implementations and a proven track record of leading digital transformation programs within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industries. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud PLM delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PLM implementation programs. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and data migration. Provide technical governance for Oracle Cloud PLM and enterprise integrations. Drive Oracle Redwood UX adoption and post-go-live support. Ensure compliance with PMO standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud implementation programs. 5+ years delivering Oracle Cloud PLM projects. Strong experience managing global teams and Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills Oracle Cloud PLM Product Development (PD) Product Data Hub (PDH) Redwood UX Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle SCM Cloud Data Migration & Data Governance SQL & PL/SQL Oracle APEX (Preferred) OTBI & BI Publisher
Domain Experience Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or Diagnostics industries with knowledge of FDA, GxP, GMP, ISO 13485, MDR, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, Oracle Cloud PLM, Oracle Cloud SCM.
