SUMMARY
BGIS Integrated Technical Services is experiencing significant growth, and we are looking to add service technicians across all regions in Ontario. Would you like to join one of Canada’s largest HVAC companies and expand your knowledge and skills as an HVAC Journeyperson?
- Do you have a minimum of 5 years experience in an HVAC service department?
- Do you have your G2 Gas License?
- Do you have your 313D license and are willing to work towards your 313A?
- Do you want to join UA787 as an Apprentice?
The HVAC Apprentice will work under the supervision of a Journeyperson and within the limits of company policy and trade certification. They are responsible for operating facility systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and routine services on mechanical and other systems. The HVAC Apprenticeship Program requires approximately 9,000 hours of training, with a combination of in-school, and on-the-job training. Registered 313A or 313D Apprentice with G3 or G2 Gas License required.
Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Some positions may require post-secondary education in a related field, and/or specific certifications/licenses. • Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, and clean driver’s abstract. • Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
Registered under the ORAC Ready to Hire List is a strong asset
This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range as per collective agreement.
