THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

In this Construction and Maintenance Electrician role, you'll start your day reviewing wiring plans and preparing for installations that keep homes and businesses functioning safely. You'll execute wiring layouts for lighting, intercoms, and electrical systems, install fixtures and alarm components, and ensure every switch, outlet, and breaker panel is installed with precision. Throughout the day, you'll connect circuits, assemble conduits, and troubleshoot malfunctions or hazards with a sharp eye and steady hand. You'll also perform routine inspections, replace aging wiring, and keep systems running smoothly, all while ensuring safety remains your top priority. Every task you complete contributes to a reliable electrical infrastructure that people depend on.

• Proven experience as an electrician
• Residential and/or commercial electrical experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Diploma in a relevant trade program or completed an apprenticeship
• Valid 309A license
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must live in Ontario
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Skilled in Microsoft Word
• Ability to provide personal and professional references

Preferred: Experience with refrigeration and/or plumbing.
