*The Opportunity: *We are looking for a Licensed Architect to join our team! The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a high attention to detail, and capable of managing multiple tasks/projects with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating or negotiating and assisting with contractors and tradespeople.
• Overseeing or leading presentations.
• Visiting job sites to monitor progress.
• Offering solutions during the building process
• Create conceptual designs, sketches, and detailed, high-quality construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical engineers), contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere strictly to building codes, safety regulations, and zoning bylaws.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Active registration with the relevant regional governing body- Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) or AIA).
• A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Experience in the Restaurant and hospitality industry preferred.
• Experience in project delivery and construction administration.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD), Building Information Modeling (Revit/BIM), and 3D rendering tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
