In business since 1960, FCC is an open shop, multi-trade, specialty contractor serving Atlantic Canada. Our three main operating divisions include: Construction Management, Electrical Contracting and Communication Cabling.

We are currently seeking applications from 3rd and 4th Year Electrical Apprentices or Red Seal Electricians interested in joining our established teams in Charlottetown, PEI!

Responsibilities

Ability to read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code and project specifications Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components at various job sites Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures Ability to operate hand tools and power tools associated with electrical work Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

Education & Requirements

3rd/4th year Apprenticeship level or Red Seal Valid Driver’s License (class 5) Willingness to travel within the province Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach and kneel Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
