What You’ll Do As a Senior Controls Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering advanced automation solutions for various industries. You’ll be involved in everything from concept to commissioning—bringing machines to life through smart, integrated control systems.
Your Key Contributions: Develop innovative automation concepts and control solutions Design and program PLC and HMI systems Integrate software with electrical and mechanical systems Part of the team providing machine installation and commissioning at customer sites Work with cutting-edge technologies including: PLCs Robotics Vision systems And more...
Core Responsibilities Design and implement safety systems (Safety PLCs & controllers) Program PLCs and HMIs (Allen-Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi) Integrate advanced vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.) for inspection and guidance Program and commission robots (ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, etc.) Configure and troubleshoot servo and motion control systems Debug and commission systems in-house and on-site Collaborate closely with other teams
What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in automation controls, system design, and integration Strong programming skills in PLC, HMI, and robotics Hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems would be great Knowledge of: Industrial automation standards Safety standards Vision systems Network protocols Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Valid passport and driver’s license
