Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Survey building locations and levels. Instruct apprentices. Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
