Your Day To Day
- Set up, repair and maintain medication/treatment carts, fax machines and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation
- Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone
- Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required
- Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes
- Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes
- Pre-stage equipment such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc.
- Installation of equipment into facilities
- Local deliveries and pickups
- Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use
- Miscellaneous support functions as required
- Weekend and overnight work may be required for on-call support
What You Bring To The Team:
- Must maintain a good driving record and be able to respond to service calls within Ontario when required
- Must be available to attend emergency calls outside of regular working hours
- Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot
- Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members
- Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner
- Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately
- Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision and able to work independently
- Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality
- Must demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in job environment
- Must be dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs
Compensation Range: $21-$25/hour. Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience for the role with CareRx.
Location: This role will be on site and follows a five-day work week. Travelling to various locations is required for this role.
