 About Modern Landfill

We are a local, Family-Owned transportation company that prefers to service our equipment in our full-service shops. We are currently looking for a Preventative Maintenance Technician. This will be a 2nd shift, Mon to Fri, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., full-time position. Experienced PM Technician preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate that fits our team. Also, opportunity for future growth.  

Technician Responsibilities

  • Maintain fleet equipment in a professional manner.
  • Follow policies & procedures.
  • Work safely, using directed PPE.
  • Complete tasks in a timely fashion.

Technician Skills

  • Operation of required hand tools.
  • Strong and reliable work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and job performance.
  • Ability to work well as a team member and independently.

Technician Benefits

Education and Experience

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Training will be provided
