Urban Mechanical LTD. is seeking additional dedicated HVAC/R Technician to join our team. If you have at least two years of field experience and experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and repair work, we want to hear from you. Our team values growth, professionalism, and the ability to work in diverse settings?from temperature-controlled environments to outdoor locales.

Responsibilities:

• Installation & Repair: Install and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
• Maintenance: Service equipment including furnaces, MUA's, RTU's, Boilers, Chillers, and walk-in coolers, freezers etc..
• Component Replacement: Replace blower motors, evaporator coils, gas valves, air flow dampers, air filters, thermostats, zone valves, actuators, etc.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues and suggest effective solutions.
• Assist with inspecting and preparing new equipment for use.
• Consult with building operators regarding necessary repairs and prepare materials lists.
• Adapt to working in varying conditions both indoors and outdoors.
• Respond promptly to emergencies as needed.
• On-Call Duties: Participate in a rotational ?on call? schedule for after-hours, evenings, and weekend service appointments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Assisting our administration team with information to provide quotes in a timely manner for follow up recommendations or required repairs

Schedule:

Monday to Friday with a rotational on-call duty for after-hours, evenings, and weekends
