Role Description This is a contract, on-site Videographer role based in Winnipeg, MB. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that supports digital marketing campaigns, including promotional videos, social media clips, and client testimonial recordings. Daily responsibilities include setting up and operating cameras, managing lighting and audio, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign objectives. The role also involves organizing and maintaining video equipment, participating in concept development, and ensuring all content meets brand and quality standards. Qualifications Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and basic post-production workflows Proficiency in camera operation and familiarity with different camera types and settings Knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor shooting environments Experience shooting video for digital marketing, social media, and promotional content Ability to follow creative briefs and collaborate with marketing and design teams Solid understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling principles Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is an asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing files and equipment Ability to work on-site in Winnipeg, MB and adapt to changing project needs and timelines Previous experience in commercial, agency, or digital marketing environments is beneficial
