About the role
Experience and Skillset requirements: Proven technical writing capability, particularly for structured, formal documents Strong ability to interpret and translate complex technical requirements into clear written content Experience working with SMEs to extract and validate technical information Analytical skills to synthesize inputs into accurate, cohesive deliverables Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines Experience with a wide range of technical writing methods, tools and techniques and knowledge of industry standards and best practices Proficiency with standard documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint) Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
Must Haves: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in development of high-quality technical project documents. Demonstrated ability to capture complex technical input from architects and developers and translate it into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation for a technical audience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
