Job description:

London Hydro has vacancies for Temporary Utility Data Service Representatives for a 6 month term. In this role, you'll analyze meter data, investigate and resolve discrepancies, manage service orders from start to finish, and identify and escalate metering, billing, safety, or theft concerns to the appropriate teams. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent service, we'd like to hear from you. What You Will Do Analyze meter data exceptions, investigate and correct discrepancies and choose appropriate course of action (including, but not limited to recheck, estimate, accept or adjust). Investigate low reads, missed or stale reads, service orders that could not be completed, access issues, continuous estimates and determine appropriate course of action. Create, schedule, dispatch/release, monitor, update, process, review, close and audit service orders and notifications for check reads, move outs, and meter irregularities. Identify and report any issues related to the metering/billing systems. Notify Electric and Water Meter Departments of meter irregularities, health & safety hazards and suspected theft. Perform other duties related to the above job purpose. What You Will Bring Effective interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, and strong written and oral communications.
