MTO Metal Products is looking for experienced welders and associates with some experience interested in possible Apprentice Opportunities. Our Company is offering Long Term Stable employment, training opprotunities, and a friendly atmosphere in a team oriented environmen.

Days:

• 6:30 AM - 4 PM - Monday to Thursday
• 6:30 AM - 3 PM - Friday

Afternoons:

• 4 PM - 3 AM - Monday to Thursday

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Strong Math Skills are required for further growth.
• Blueprint Reading Skills and experience with GMAW and or FCAW would be an asset.
• Required to Fit and Weld multiple sizes of parts in a fabrication manufacturing environment with various weld sizes.
• Strong ability to multi-task with a high level of organizational skills, problem solving, decision making and written & oral communication skills a must.
• Welding, grinding, lifting parts up to 40lbs, and other duties as required.

Candidate should have a willingness and desire to learn, the ability to work with others, is self-motivated, and works with a sense of urgency for completing task.
