Position: Electrical Systems & Field Operations Specialist

Role Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for AI system training. Review and validate technical materials such as equipment layouts and inspection reports. Evaluate electrical troubleshooting scenarios and document solutions using industry best practices. Assess and clarify technical manuals and field operation guides for non-expert audiences. Provide detailed feedback on documentation quality related to field operations and electrical systems design. Collaborate asynchronously to share technical insights and practical scenarios.

Requirements

Have strong relevant experience in electrical systems, control systems, automation, instrumentation, or field operations. Experience interpreting and producing technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational documentation is required. Backgrounds such as Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Electrician, or Maintenance Supervisor are highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail when working with visually dense technical documents. Comfort collaborating remotely in a digital-first, asynchronous project setting.
