As a Data Analytics Manager, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, playing a hands-on role in building data products and delivering advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives while directly contributing to technical delivery—from developing data to enabling business insights through advanced analytics and dashboards. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities Translate business needs into data-driven solutions across multiple domains Provide hands-on support in data pipelines, model development, and reporting solutions Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data models and workflows Partner with data scientists and analysts to drive insights, machine learning deployment, and automation use cases Support data governance processes, including stewardship, lineage, and data quality frameworks Establish standards for data documentation and governance across the data lifecycle Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders Essential Requirements 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields Proven ability to manage complex data projects across multiple stakeholders Proficiency in Python and SQL Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics lifecycle, governance, and reporting best practices Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Desirable Requirements Hands-on experience with tools such as Snowflake, Collibra, Dataiku, and Power BI Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consulting environments Rewards At Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen. Expected Remuneration Range for role: CAD 125,120 - 173,696 The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
