Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will: Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes and mills Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job Set up, program and operate all the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations. Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.

Additional Requirements: Mechanical aptitude and great understanding of tapered threads and blueprints VDF/Weiler conversational programming are assets Mathematic skills to solve problems Able to multi-task and work well under stress Self-motived, highly organized, detail-oriented Must be able to read/speak English fluently Conduct job hazard analysis worksheets, as required Participate in all HSE inspections Participate in 5S activities Participate in Kaizens always focusing on improvements Follow all company policies and procedures (QC, QA, HSE)
