Tasks

Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Perform routine maintenance of mining equipment Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment Monitor production progress Maintain accurate records Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification Check products for quality and other specifications Check and monitor product quality Supervise train crew members Ensure adherence to safety regulations Monitor staff performance Assign projects
