Position Summary: The treater is responsible for operation of pressure treating systems and transfer deck as required. Responsibilities: Operates pressure treating systems as required, including testing, mixing, plant control operation and system monitoring Pressures treat lumber and poles to specifications Unloads chemical deliveries Cleaning and maintenance of treating systems, including greasing, filter cleaning / changing, cleaning tanks, door pits and plant surfaces Maintains daily plant checklist and reports items of concern to plant Supervisor and maintenance department as applicable.
