Audley Coatings Limited, a top-tier painting services organization in Delta, British Columbia, together with its associated company Ideal Welders Limited, is currently in search of Industrial Painters to join us at our facility on Annacis Island.

Highlights of job duties include:

• Apply industrial and marine coatings using spray equipment, rollers, and brushes
• Mix and prepare coatings according to specifications
• Maintain proper film thickness and finish quality
• Follow coating inspection and safety standards
• Operate airless, conventional, and plural component paint systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment as required

Here?s what we?re seeking in the successful candidate:

• Previous industrial, marine, shipyard, or heavy industry experience preferred
• Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial painting equipment
• Experience operating and maintaining plural component paint equipment is considered a major asset
• Safety-minded, with a commitment to following established HSE policies at all times
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoor environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and changing project demands
• Flexibility and willingness to assist with varying tasks and operational requirements as needed
• Strong communication skills
• A positive and team-oriented approach to work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to receive direction and constructive feedback in a professional and positive manner
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid safety certifications considered an asset: Fall Protection, Confined Space, WHMIS, Occupational First Aid

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Day shift with overtime opportunities
• Possible weekend work depending on project schedules
