Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related technologies. Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, implement automated unit and integration tests, and ensure application reliability through comprehensive testing strategies. Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, clients, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative technical solutions that address business needs. Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, estimation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote engineering best practices, mentor teammates, share technical knowledge, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. Communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting successful project delivery. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 8+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful services, and Angular (2+). Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, relational databases, and version control systems such as Git. Experience implementing object-oriented design principles, design patterns, scalable architectures, and automated testing practices. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering workflows. Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, serverless architectures, or legacy frameworks is considered an asset. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
