Job DetailsJob Location: Simcoe, ON N3Y 4J9Salary Range: $42.51 - $45.00Licensed Tool & Die Maintenance (430 A) Toyotetsu Canada Inc. (TTCA) is a Tier 1 Automotive Parts Supplier to Toyota Manufacturing Facilities located in the heart of Norfolk County. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure our automotive parts are assembled with a high degree of quality. Duties Operate milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment to manufacture components. Assemble parts and perform welding tasks as needed to complete tool fabrication. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues during the production process. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with stamping dies in transfer/coil line presses Preventative maintenance of stamping dies Join our team of dedicated professionals where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make an impact! Education: Tool & Die Maker, COQ required We also offer a Toyotetsu Maintenance Development Program. This consists of online, in-person training to learn skills, equipment, and technology specific to Toyotetsu. Additional compensation will be awarded for completion of categories. Work Location: In person Qualifications Proficient in math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Strong background in machining processes, including the use of hand tools and machinery. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective tool design. Experience in fabricating components from various materials. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience as a Tool and Die Maker. Previous experience in working with Transfer/ Progressive Dies
