Its multidisciplinary team of biologists, technicians, and drone specialists provides services such as wildlife risk assessments, safety management systems (SMS), wildlife management plans, avian radar, airport management training, and wildlife management reporting software. Falcon also offers drone services and control, leveraging its airport experience to address growing drone incursion threats. The company operates across Canada, the United States, and Central America. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada with Falcon Environmental Inc. The Job Title will support aviation safety by assisting with wildlife and drone risk mitigation activities at client sites, including data collection, field observations, and implementation of established management programs. Responsibilities may involve operating specialized equipment, following safety procedures, documenting findings, and preparing reports for internal and client use. The role includes collaborating with biologists, technicians, and drone specialists to apply standardized protocols and improve operational practices. The Job Title will also participate in training, site meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to follow technical procedures, collect accurate field data, and document observations clearly and consistently. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders. Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing operational needs. Comfort working in outdoor and aviation environments, with a strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Relevant education or training in environmental science, biology, aviation, or a related field is an asset. Experience in wildlife management, aviation safety, or drone operations is considered an advantage. Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, reporting tools) and willingness to learn specialized software. Eligibility to work on-site in Canada and the ability to meet any airport or security clearance requirements, if applicable.
