About The Role
Our valued Member is looking for an experience Electrical Foreman to lead crews, manage projects, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and on budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise field crews and active job sites Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects from start to finish Ensure all work meets ESA standards and company expectations Manage labour, materials, and daily site operations Communicate with project coordinator, project manager, clients and other trades Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on-site Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing project needs
What Success Looks Like:
Projects completed on time and within budget Strong team leadership and positive crew performance High-quality workmanship and professionalism Safe and complaint job sites
Qualifications:
7+ years of on-site electrical experience 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License Fire Alarm Certification First Aid Certification Proven leadership and supervisory experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
