"Skills and responsibilities:

Required Skill Set:

• Provide 24x7production support for enterprise applications (ECIF, EPM, ERDPRDM, EAS).Monitor and troubleshoot API calls for Online Services.

  • Validate and analyze Dynatrace logs for performance and error tracking.
  • Perform incident management and root cause analysis using ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Execute SQL queries and UNIX commands for data validation and issue resolution.
  • Support batch jobs using ESP Autosys and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams for problem resolution and enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and fixes.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM MDM, IBM RDM, IBM EPMDB2, Netezza DB Unix Shell Scripting ServiceNow, JIRA ESP Autosys for job scheduling SOAP UI for API testing
  • Proficiency in SQL and UNIX commands.
  • Experience in Dynatrace log validation and performance monitoring.
  • Nice-to-Have Knowledge of ITIL framework and production support best practices.
  • Experience in BFSI domain applications.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
