Guerrilla Gardening is on a mission to rewild cities.
We create wildflower seed bombs that turn empty urban spaces into thriving ecosystems, supporting pollinators, beautifying neighbourhoods, and empowering people to take environmental action into their own hands.
We are a small team and im looking for someone that would be working directly with me almost daily. The job is a jack of all trades, from helping build the seed bombs, to shipping orders (30% of time) to helping me work on the website and execute on digital jobs.
Really looking for someone that is interested in the brand/ has a little bit of a hippy heart.
The Role We’re looking for a hands-on, scrappy E-commerce Coordinator to help run and grow the business day-to-day. This is a hybrid role combining: Light manufacturing (making seed bombs) Fulfillment (packing & shipping orders) Website & marketing support (Shopify, CRO, basic design) You’ll work directly with me and learn a lot about ecom marketing, development and business success.
