Role and Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and outdoor areas to identify sources and assess levels of infestations.
• Determine the appropriate type of treatment required and communicate details to customers, including costs, processes, timelines, and preparation steps.
• Educate customers on preventive measures to reduce the likelihood of future infestations.
• Follow all safety procedures and product instructions when using chemicals, handling heat treatment equipment, and spraying pesticides.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and chemicals in the company vehicle.
• Proactively manage schedules to ensure services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
• Advise customers on next steps after treatments and utilize strong interpersonal skills to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Pesticide Core License (preferred but not mandatory).
• Pesticide Structural License (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
