About the Job: Haywood Concrete Products is looking for a skilled, hands-on individual to join our team. This is a versatile role for someone who can tackle a wide range of projects across our precast concrete facility, yard, shop, and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive wages based on experience. If you’re the kind of person who can build it, fix it, or figure it out — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do: • Welding and minor fabrication • Facility repairs and maintenance • Carpentry and general building repairs • Troubleshooting equipment and operational issues • Yard improvements and special projects • Support with trucks, loaders, aggregate handling, and shop upkeep

What we’re looking for: • Welding experience required • Fabrication experience is an asset • Carpentry and general construction knowledge • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Someone who takes pride in fixing, building, and improving things
