Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles.
• Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems before they become serious.
• Repair or replace defective parts, including brakes, transmissions, engines, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working with machinery.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or independent shop setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and schematics.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Welding skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are advantageous.
