Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform road tests and utilize diagnostic equipment to identify concerns
• Isolate and repair system or component issues
• Ensure all work meets Toyota standards for quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members and management to support shop productivity
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License (required)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a licensed technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Class G Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Comfortable with diagnostic systems and technology
• Ability to drive manual transmission (asset)
• Toyota training/certification considered a definite plus
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
