Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer with strong experience in Figma, wireframing, and Salesforce CRM user experience design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance business processes and improve user adoption of Salesforce applications. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and Salesforce consultants to translate business requirements into engaging and functional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Salesforce CRM applications using Figma. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into effective UX solutions. Design responsive and accessible CRM screens that align with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UX best practices. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience. Develop design specifications and assets for development teams. Ensure consistency across all CRM screens by maintaining and contributing to design systems and reusable UI components. Work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and design handoffs. Support implementation by clarifying design intent and validating developed screens.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer. Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping. Hands-on experience creating wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Experience designing Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Lightning Experience screens. Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to present and justify design decisions based on user needs and business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user feedback. Knowledge of responsive and accessible design standards (WCAG). Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts. Salesforce ecosystem experience or Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant UX/UI certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or similar collaboration tools. Knowledge of user analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity. Experience designing enterprise applications and digital transformation solutions. Success Criteria The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to create intuitive, user-centric Salesforce CRM experiences, collaborate effectively with technical and business teams, and deliver high-quality designs that improve productivity, usability, and customer satisfaction.
