Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Azure Databricks Developer-HR Platforms.
Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Azure Databricks-based ETL solutions Support complex HR technology initiatives, including data integrations and data pipeline development Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable and reliable data workflows Assist in the modernization of HR data platforms and migration to Azure Databricks Troubleshoot data issues and optimize existing data solutions for efficiency
Desired Skill-Set
3-5 years of experience in data analytics or data development Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Bricks Familiarity with Azure cloud data platforms and data pipelines Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability to fast-paced enterprise environments
Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow or Jira Knowledge of Informatica (not a deciding factor) Experience with AutoSys Familiarity with Feedhub integration Prior experience supporting HR SaaS systems and large-scale integrations
