Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer I Location: La Prairie, Quebec, Canada (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Travel: Required to the U.S., France, and Italy (Oct 2026, Nov/Dec 2026, and Feb 2027) Job Summary Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience supporting production, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional teams in an industrial environment. The role involves resolving technical production issues, supporting manufacturing operations, managing product configurations in SAP, and collaborating with suppliers, customers, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to production and assembly teams. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing and production issues. Maintain product configurations, BOMs, and routings in SAP. Support implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Investigate and help resolve quality and non-conformance issues. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project management, suppliers, and customers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience. Membership with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Ing. or CPI). Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred). Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both French and English required. Preferred Experience with high-voltage circuit breakers.
