Job Description Position: SAP BTP Integration Suite & SAP Build Developer (Agentic AI) Location: Ontario, Canada Work Mode: Hybrid (As per Client Requirement) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Open Connectors. Develop Agentic AI solutions using SAP Build and SAP Joule to enhance business processes and user productivity. Design and maintain secure integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications using REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, OData, APIs, SFTP, and HTTPS protocols. Implement and manage hybrid connectivity using SAP Cloud Connector and related technologies. Create and optimize end-to-end integration flows (iFlows), including routing, message transformation, mapping, exception handling, and monitoring. Establish and enforce integration standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, authentication, networking, certificate, and interface-related issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions. Support production environments through monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for integration development, testing, deployment, and transport management. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, governance requirements, and SDLC processes. Design and integrate AI-powered applications using SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Joule, and external AI/LLM platforms. Develop generative AI use cases, copilots, prompt engineering solutions, and AI-enabled workflows within SAP ecosystems. Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP integration experience in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Open Connectors. Extensive experience with integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, OData, SFTP, and APIs. Proven experience implementing hybrid connectivity using SAP Cloud Connector and RISE with SAP environments. Strong understanding of authentication and security mechanisms including OAuth, SAML, certificates, and principal propagation. Hands-on experience troubleshooting integration, networking, and connectivity issues. Expertise in data transformation technologies including XML, JSON, XSLT, Message Mapping, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting. Experience with integration monitoring, logging, alerting, and error-handling frameworks. Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture patterns and design principles. Experience working in Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of MCP protocols and AI integration frameworks. Experience integrating with third-party AI and Large Language Model (LLM) platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI services, or similar technologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP HCI, or legacy SAP middleware platforms. Exposure to API Management and event-driven integration architectures. Experience integrating SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday. Familiarity with SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Build Work Zone. Experience with SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and SAP Joule implementations. Knowledge of container technologies, cloud-native architectures, and microservices. Experience with scripting languages and automation tools. SAP BTP Integration Suite or related SAP certifications are highly desirable.
