Job Summary: Legit Automotive is looking for a dedicated Automotive Technician or Apprentice to join our growing team. The right candidate has a solid foundation in vehicle maintenance and repair, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine desire to provide top-tier service. You?ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of issues on all makes and models, while delivering clear communication and a positive experience to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components with accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Communicate clearly about recommended services and repair needs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using a range of tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Must have your own tools.
- Ability to lift heavy components and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be a team player.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with vehicle schematics, diagnostics, and assembly/disassembly procedures.
- Valid driver?s license required; certifications (e.g., Red Seal) are a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour
