About the Role

Levitt-Safety is seeking a personable and safety-focused Respirator Fit Tester & Safety Trainer to join our Training, Consulting & Rental team. In this customer-facing role, you will travel to client sites across the GTHA to conduct respirator fit testing, provide respiratory protection training, and support workplace safety compliance initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering training, and helping customers create safer workplaces through education and hands-on support.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct respirator fit testing at customer locations in accordance with industry standards and best practices
  • Educate customers on respirator selection, proper use, maintenance, and compliance requirements
  • Support customers with respiratory protection programs and general PPE guidance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and fit test records
  • Coordinate and manage daily appointments and travel schedules
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service and safety solutions
  • Stay current on respiratory protection regulations, standards, and industry developments
  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive service

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in respirator fit testing, safety training, occupational health & safety, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with a variety of customers and workers
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a mobile, customer-facing role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable personal vehicle for regular travel throughout the GTHA

What We Offer

  • Annual salary: $58,000-68,000 based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
  • Monday to Friday, salaried position with paid vacation and other time away from work benefits
