POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Production Director, you will actively participate in production operations while being exposed to supervisory responsibilities. You will play a key role in maintaining operational performance, supporting team coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
As you integrate into the role, you will progressively take on full supervisory responsibilities, ultimately transitioning into an autonomous Production Supervisor position.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

Actively participate in day-to-day production activities on the floor;

Support daily supervision of production operations;

Lead, mobilize, and support production teams;

Ensure production, quality, and efficiency targets are met;

Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization;

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives;

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards;

Support employee training, coaching, and development;

Collaborate closely with management to ensure operational performance.
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

High school diploma (minimum requirement).

5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Experience as a team lead or informal leadership role (strong asset).

Strong interest in supervision and management development.

Natural leadership with a solution-oriented mindset.

Good understanding of production operations.

Strong analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.

Strong discipline, autonomy, and prioritization skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.

Flexibility to work various shifts (day, evening, night, weekends).
