Your Contribution:
Your main responsibilities
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules;
- Attend site visits and collect data with total stations and other instruments;
- Support the Project Manager and Field Supervisor with field responsibilities such as instrument installations and maintenance;
- Field compaction testing;
- Field and laboratory concrete testing;
- Pre-blast surveys;
- Vibration monitoring;
- Settlement monitoring;
- Prepare technical reports;
- Participate in preconstruction site visits and field inspections;
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation;
- Pursue continuous self-learning and professional development opportunities.
Your Profile:
What makes you unique
- Has a College Diploma (civil, geotechnical) or other applicable degree in an engineering or technology-based field;
- Has a valid provincial driver’s license and access to reliable transportation;
- Excellent communication skills;Previous experience in materials testing, surveying, or blasting services is an asset;
- Current CCIL certification is an asset;
- Previous experience in materials testing, surveying, or blasting services is an asset;
- Consistently executing prescribed technical procedures, safe work practices and work plans in a safe, efficient manner.
