Core Blockchain Protocol Engineer (Full-Time – On-site)

Location: Montréal, Québec (100% On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time

HanstroniX° Inc. is looking for an experienced Core Blockchain Protocol Engineer to help design and build the foundation of a next-generation blockchain platform.

You will work on the core protocol, consensus mechanisms, transaction processing, state management, cryptographic integration, and overall blockchain architecture.

Responsibilities

Design and implement blockchain protocol features.

Develop and optimize consensus algorithms.

Build and maintain the transaction execution engine.

Design efficient state management solutions.

Integrate modern cryptographic techniques.

Improve performance, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in blockchain protocol development.

Excellent knowledge of distributed systems.

Strong understanding of cryptography.

Proficiency in Rust, C++, or Go.

Experience with consensus algorithms and peer-to-peer systems.

Strong problem-solving and software architecture skills.

Nice to Have

Experience contributing to Layer 1 blockchain projects.

Knowledge of virtual machines (EVM, SVM, WASM, etc.).

Experience with performance optimization.

Open-source contributions.

Requirements

Full-time position.

100% on-site in Montréal, Québec.

Authorized to work in Canada or eligible to obtain authorization.
