<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Get Lost Outfitters is looking for an experienced full-time bicycle technician who loves bikes, helping riders enjoy the great outdoors, and serving community.</p><p><br /></p><p>We're building something different, and need an employee who sees things differently and wants to be part of a special experience.</p><p>Part bicycle shop.<br />Part community hub for riders, skiers, campers, gravel wanderers, trail seekers, and anyone who thinks getting outside fixes most things.</p><p><br /></p><p>We're looking for someone with 5+ years of professional technician experience who can confidently lead a service department, mentor younger technicians, create great customer experiences, and help shape the culture of the shop from day one.</p><p><br /></p><p>What You'll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Professional bicycle assembly, repair, and diagnostics</li><li>Suspension service and advanced troubleshooting</li><li>Working on mountain, gravel, commuter, and e-bikes</li><li>Helping organize and lead daily service workflow</li><li>Supporting and mentoring junior staff</li><li>Creating exceptional rider experiences and honest service recommendations</li><li>Helping riders feel comfortable, informed, and fired up to ride</li><li>Assisting with ski/snowboard tuning and skate sharpening in winter months (an asset, not mandatory)</li><li>Being part of the community rides, events, and chaos along the way</li><li></li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>5+ years bicycle mechanic experience</li><li>Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail</li><li>Leadership skills and confidence running a service area</li><li>Positive attitude and calm under pressure</li><li>Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people</li><li>Experience with suspension service, wheel building, and bike fitting is a major asset</li><li>E-bike diagnostic experience is an asset</li><li>A rider who lives the lifestyle is a bonus</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>The Vibe</p><p>This is not a "sell-at-all-costs" shop.</p><p>We care about good people, good service, and building a place riders actually want to visit and hang out in.</p><p><br /></p><p>We want the service area to feel like the heart of the shop.
