Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Oilseed (except soybean) farming. Other grain farming. Wheat farming. Outdoors. Livestock. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Soil fertility programs. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 3-4 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Harvesters. Seed drill. Sprayer or duster. Storage and silage system. Tractor. Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day. Weekend.
