Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and wrap inventory within a fast-paced environment. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to safety, and the ability to perform tasks efficiently. The Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our buisness.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to pickup, stack, and wrap skids of materials throughout the yard
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning
• Assist with inventory management by organizing stock
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety standards
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during daily operations
• Assist with basic maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting of equipment as needed

Skills

• Proven experience operating forklifts
• Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance
• Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Pay: $17.85-$24.36 per hour
