The person in this role plays a key part in coordinating and advancing enterprise applications that support Simons’ business operations. Reporting to the Director, IT – Enterprise Application Technologies, this individual leads a team of Technical Analysts, coordinates team activities, and ensures the quality of technical analyses, as well as the performance, stability, and evolution of the enterprise application portfolio. Key Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and develop Technical Analysts to foster professional growth, autonomy, and high-quality deliverables. Coordinate team priorities, assignments, and activities to ensure efficient execution of work and timely delivery of commitments. Oversee activities related to the performance, stability, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications, while monitoring continuous improvement initiatives. Review and validate technical analyses, recommendations, and documentation produced by the team to ensure quality and consistency. Manage major application incidents, coordinate corrective actions, and collaborate with technology partners to resolve application-related issues. Contribute to the governance of the enterprise application portfolio by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement of team practices. Desired Profile : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology, including two (2) to five (5) years in a coordination, supervisory, or technical leadership role. Significant experience in technical analysis, application support, systems integration, or enterprise systems operations. Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, and complex technology environments. Experience with IBM i (AS/400), RPG, APIs, integration platforms, Kafka, or similar technologies is considered an asset. Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent coaching abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Recognized for strong analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset.
