Our Environmental Services Group delivers biophysical assessments, environmental monitoring, permitting, and compliance services across diverse environments.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Intermediate Environmental Specialist to support field-based projects across Western Canada. This role combines technical fieldwork, environmental monitoring, data interpretation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Construction environmental monitoring and compliance inspections

Wetland delineations and biophysical assessments
-
Aquatic habitat and wildlife surveys

Soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling
-
Implementation of EMPs, erosion and sediment control, and spill response

Technical report writing and regulatory documentation

Coordination with clients, contractors, and regulators
Qualifications
-
3–6 years of environmental experience

Degree or diploma in environmental or related field

Professional designation preferred (P.Biol, R.P.Bio, P.Ag, AScT)

Experience in mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects

Background in wetland, aquatic, or biophysical assessments
Work Environment
Remote-based role with frequent travel to field sites, long field days, and work in varying terrain and weather conditions.
