About the Role: We are a fast-growing, US-based consumer advocacy law firm dedicated to protecting everyday consumers from unfair corporate business practices, consumer fraud, and deceptive contracts. We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to join our marketing team. Because we operate in the legal space, our video content needs to strike the perfect balance between being highly engaging and deeply trustworthy. You will be responsible for taking raw footage and concept briefs and turning them into polished, authoritative video content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into polished, high-performing marketing ads (Shorts, Reels, TikToks, and long-form content).

Add engaging motion graphics, clean text overlays, professional sound design, and color grading to elevate video quality.

Conceptualize and storyboard video ideas based on creative briefs from the marketing team (explainer videos, client stories, and advocacy pieces).

Organize and manage digital video assets, project files, and raw footage templates.

Keep up with current social media video trends, pacing, and hooks to optimize viewer retention while keeping a professional tone.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for pacing, storytelling, visual hooks, and professional sound design.

Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and implement feedback smoothly.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a high-spec computer capable of rendering complex video files quickly.
