Solution Designer – Revenue Operations & Business Systems Location: Hybrid Role Type: Full-Time The Mission At eligeo.ai, we believe technology is only as good as the process it supports. We are looking for a Solutions Designer with a background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Business Systems to help our clients bridge the gap between their strategic goals and their daily execution. Your mission is to dismantle fragmented departmental silos and replace them with a unified, automated "Source of Truth." You won't just be managing a tool; you will be architecting the Business Operating System that scales our clients' revenue and profitability. Your Role in the Ecosystem You are the strategic engineer who ensures that every department—from Sales and Marketing to Post-Sales Support—is aligned within a single, high-integrity technical environment. The Process Specialist: You document the "As-Is" state of a client’s revenue engine, identifying where data leaks and where manual tasks slow down growth. The Systems Architect: You design the "To-Be" state, leveraging monday.com and Make.com to create a seamless flow of information that provides leadership with real-time ROI visibility. The AI Agent Architect: You integrate intelligent agents into the workflow, configuring them to handle autonomous tasks, provide real-time predictive insights, and continuously optimize the client's business processes. Key Responsibilities Operational Discovery & Process Mapping Lead deep-dive sessions to map out the current customer journey, from lead acquisition to project delivery. Produce high-fidelity process documentation that highlights bottlenecks, redundant data entry, and automation opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand their unique business processes, identifying high-impact opportunities where AI agents can automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and drive operational efficiency. Systems Architecture & Design Design sophisticated monday.com architectures (CRM structures, project PMOs, and financial tracking) that serve as the single source of truth. Provide consultative "Process Recommendations" to help clients move toward RevOps best practices (e.g., standardizing lead status, automating handoffs, and unifying reporting). Evaluate and incorporate AI agents within system designs to automate complex workflows, enhance predictive analytics, and provide intelligent decision support. Advanced Integration & Automation Architect complex integration logic in Make.com to sync monday.com with the client’s existing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, ERPs, etc.). Ensure data integrity across systems so that "Phase 2" reporting and BI dashboards are accurate and actionable. Scoping & Strategy Partner with the Sales consultant to translate "Business Pain" into a technical Statement of Work (SOW) with clear, billable milestones. Identify expansion opportunities where additional automation or system refinement could provide more value. Required Qualifications 3+ Years in RevOps or Business Systems: You’ve managed or designed the tech stack for a growing B2B organization. monday.com Mastery: Deep expertise in schema design, including complex cross-board reporting and permission management. Automation Logic: Strong experience with Make.com (or similar iPaaS) and a firm grasp of API structures and webhooks. Consultative Mindset: You aren't a "yes-person." You have the confidence to tell a client when their current process is broken and how to fix it before building it. Documentation Excellence: Proficiency in creating visual workflow diagrams (Lucid, Miro) that make complex systems easy for stakeholders to understand. AI Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) to augment workflows, generate content, or enhance system capabilities. Frictionless Handoffs: The implementation team receives blueprints so detailed that "Phase 1" is delivered on time, every time.
