Senior Product Designer | B2B SaaS - Infrastructure/Ops Platform We're partnered with a rapidly scaling, fully remote, Series-B SaaS startup building a next-generation operational platform for a technical industry. They're hiring another Senior Product Designer to raise the craft bar and scale design as the product grows. Note: This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in Canada or the USA.
What You'll Do Own design end-to-end across a complex operational platform - from early concepts and prototypes to polished, shipped UI Partner with product and engineering to frame ambiguous problems, set direction, and translate strategy into clear interaction models and durable design decisions Use research and rapid iteration to simplify complex workflows and make them faster and more trustworthy Help shape squad priorities by clarifying tradeoffs, defining success, and aligning stakeholders around the best path forward Build and evolve the design system so the team can ship consistently high-quality experiences as the product scales Partner with QA to validate designs through testing, clear specs, and acceptance criteria Raise the bar on craft, accessibility, and clarity across the product What We're Looking For 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showing both craft and structured thinking Experience designing complex B2B web applications across operational domains (billing, CRM, inventory, fulfillment, or similar) Proficiency with Figma and FigJam; comfortable using AI tools in your design workflow Strong grasp of user-centered design principles with the ability to translate customer needs into clean, high-quality experiences Experience planning and running research - user interviews, usability testing - and using insights to drive iteration Clear communicator who can build alignment across design, product, and engineering Strong design leadership - you bring a point of view, align teams, and follow through on outcomes Nice to Have Background in agile product development Familiarity with mixed-method research and A/B testing Degree in UX design or a related field Why This Role Meaningful equity + competitive compensation Fully remote with flexible hours Strong benefits package including group insurance, telemedicine, life spending account, and RRSP matching Generous vacation (25 days) High-transparency culture with real ownership and impact from day one
