Are you looking to turn your mechanical aptitude into a formal, certified trade? Flaman is currently looking for a motivated Apprentice Agricultural Technician or Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing service team.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

Hands-On Service & Repair: Under the guidance of our senior technicians, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of agricultural implements, trailers, and heavy equipment.

Skill Development: Gain practical experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, engine maintenance, and troubleshooting—building your knowledge base one project at a time.

Operational Support: Assist with shop organization, equipment assembly, and safety inspections, ensuring every piece of gear that leaves our lot is ready for the field.

Continuous Learning: Engage in training modules and gain the shop hours necessary to advance through your apprenticeship levels.

You’re Mechanically Inclined: You have a natural curiosity for how things work and possess a solid foundation of mechanical knowledge.
