We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Jokey North America team!

The Jokey Group consists of 14 production sites in 11 countries, employing over 2,500 employees and supplying customers in over 80 countries. We manufacture high quality injection moulded plastic buckets and lids for food and non-food items. Using monoplastics, we aim to decrease our environmental impact, and strengthen our contributions towards the development of a sustainable and circular economy.

Our office hours are 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily machine, robot and mould change activities;
• Assign tasks to robot, machine maintenance, mould change leads, and electrician;
• Oversee repair, maintenance, improvements, modification, and refurbishing of machines and robots;
• Ensure that all the machine and robot repairs are documented in ERP system;
• Oversee proper functioning and maintenance of auxiliary equipment;
• Oversee and manage building and facilities;
• Communicate issues with Technical Manager.

Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of experience working with injection molding machines and IML robotics;
• 5 plus years of experience in managing building and facilities;
• Trade certification an asset;
• Able to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics;
• Ability to trouble shoot problem machines, robots and equipment;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Team player.
